MakeShare is founded and built by local creatives for local creatives. The vision is for a thriving and inclusive local creative community, that supports itself through collaboration, the celebration of Arts + Culture and through innovative thinking and sharing of resources.
The Annual Makerfund is another platform (like Fund-a-Maker), that is offered to MakeShare Members, to generate more collaboration + community, and to create an opportunity for direct access to pooled resources and funding.
So, the how and what?
5% from Membership Fees + 5% of Fund-a-Maker Funds = ANNUAL MAKERFUND!
3 MakeShare Members will split this Amount (one year upon launch) to put towards their current projects!
* Candidates must be Members and will be randomly selected.
