Memberships invoke an intentional community force, where individuals come together under a shared vision and stoke innovation, collaboration, co-develop new opportunities and share resources.
MakeShare is founded by the Local Arts + Culture Society of Victoria and is built by local creatives for other local creatives. The MakeShare concept was developed based on an apparent need for one shared platform, needed to showcase the work of local artists (of all kinds) through a beautiful website, creative directory, local online store, funding platform and eventually through live events/markets and an Annual Arts + Culture Magazine.
Together, we have a dynamic force and multi-layered community, full of ambition, communal support and collaborative impact.

Membership are granted on an application basis and we are offering a reduced rate for our inaugural year (and in consideration of hard times around Covid). We have also decided to offer a monthly subscription option, on a limited basis (certain number/month). For this model, the Membership is still an annual commitment, but monthly payments are offered.

Becoming a MakeShare Member is an a application process ~ this is the MakeShare Maker Criteria:
- Actively making/creating/producing
